Mr. Maloney was born in Wichita, Kansas and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in 1986. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law with Honors in 1989. Mr. Maloney was admitted to practice in 1989 when he joined the firm. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Kansas, the United States District Court for Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Maloney is an owner in the firm. Throughout his career, he has concentrated on the representation of corporate defendants and healthcare providers in medical and pharmacy malpractice, product liability and personal injury. He has lectured on corporate successor liability and parent/subsidiary alter ego relationship to local business groups and for a national client. He practices in state and federal court, focusing on defense of cases involving premises liability, personal injury and medical negligence.
He is a member of the Wichita
Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel,
and the Defense Research Institute. |
