KENDALL R. CUNNINGHAM

Mr. Cunningham was born in Ottumwa, Iowa and graduated cum laude from Washburn University in 1987 before completing Washburn School of Law with Dean’s Honors in 1990.   At Washburn he was the Research & Associate Editor of the Washburn Law Journal from 1988-1990.  Mr. Cunningham was admitted to practice in 1990, when he joined the firm.  He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court and the United States District Court for Kansas.

He is an owner in the firm, where he concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, including insurance defense and workers’ compensation.

Mr. Cunningham is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
