Mr. Heiman was born
and raised in Olathe, Kansas. He graduated with Highest Distinction from the
University of Kansas School of Business in 1999. He then earned his J.D.
from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002. Mr. Heiman was admitted
to practice law in Kansas in 2002. From 2002 until 2004, he served as a
research attorney for the Honorable Lee A. Johnson of the Kansas Court of
Appeals.
Mr. Heiman joined the firm as an associate in August 2004, and he
concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial law,
and personal injury law.
He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Douglas County Bar
Association.
